Security and your data

Your brand is yours, and so is everything it publishes. Here is what we do with your data, plainly, and what we don't.

What you own

Your data belongs to you: your Brand DNA, your creatives, the accounts you connect, and your metrics. Celevor acts as the data Processor. We handle this data only on your instructions, and you stay the Controller. We don't sell your personal data, and we don't share it for marketing. We share data only with the providers we need to run the service, such as hosting and email delivery, and they're bound to keep it confidential.

Where your data lives

To create content, Celevor processes data through infrastructure and AI providers. We use encryption in transit (TLS), and we control who can access it. The content you process in Celevor is not used to train AI models. Our AI provider, Anthropic, does not use the content of your requests to train its models. Some of this processing runs on providers outside Brazil, including Anthropic in the United States, under the safeguards the LGPD requires for international data transfers.

What you can take with you

As the data subject, you can confirm, access, correct, export, and delete your data at any time (LGPD, Article 18). Your Brand DNA is portable: you can export it and take it with you. No lock-in.

How we comply

Celevor is a Brazilian platform, operated under Brazilian law, and we handle personal data in accordance with the LGPD, Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018). If a security incident affects personal data, we'll notify the people involved and the ANPD within the timeframes the regulation requires. Our services are built for companies in Brazil. If you're using Celevor from outside Brazil and have questions about how we handle your data, talk to us and we'll look at your request case by case.

Have a specific security requirement, like a DPA, a list of subprocessors, or infrastructure details? Talk to us. A real person answers, not a FAQ.
